The staff was very friendly and super accommodating. I really appreciated the complimentary beer offered at check-in (a nice touch!). My room included a pretty large fridge and plenty of fans for the hot weather. Trams are accessible just outside, taking you right into the city.
The stairs were quite steep.

the stairs WERE very steep. they might pose challenges for some guests with mobility issues.

The location was acceptable. It was close to many restaurants.
The stairs were steep! and winding with poor lighting. the room was very small. The en suite door wouldn't fully open and it hit the bed.
